Overview
A studio-set brief: most property sites bury the building under filters, badges and agent photography. We gave ourselves the opposite constraint — one residence per screen, and nothing on the page that the architecture could not justify.
The result treats each listing like a magazine spread. Floor plans are drawn as line art rather than photographed, the scroll is slowed so rooms arrive one at a time, and the enquiry step stays fixed at the foot of the page so intent is never more than one action away.
