We wanted to test how far a portfolio can go with type alone. The brief we set ourselves removed the thumbnail grid entirely: the homepage is an index of project names, and imagery only appears once a visitor commits to a row.

Hover and focus states preview a single frame behind the type rather than beside it, motion is limited to one easing curve, and the whole site runs on two weights of one family. It is an argument that restraint reads as confidence.
